i thought after my first meet and verified it might have been easier to get meeting with other people. (doesn't look that way at all) i have emailed many profiles, just trying to get acquainted first and see if a meet is possible, right now im getting fed up with emailing those. so now im just using the wink.

any suggestions on a better approach. and yes i have used the chat section also.

As a coupole its hard to say, however we tend to meet people who try to speak to us fist and do not just get down to the nitty gritty ( bad past experience)

Winks for us are ignored as it seems like they cant be bothered to message unles it comes with a message too.

I would hate to be a single guy trying to get meets on these sites to be honest as i am sure its difficult as there are so so many

Turn offs are to us:

Not saying you are or are not doing it, but i find you are more than likely to get a response if you don't ask for a meet straight away, or hint a leading to one.

Just try and find common ground with a profile you like send a face pic, more than a one line message and take it from there.

On the other hand I am probably drivelling pish.

This pretty much nails it. I'm a nice (well think I am) so that's how I put myself across, be polite and genuine for every ten messages that get ignored one will grab someone. So just stick with it and have patients.

All in all, it comes down to supply and demand. Single guys are in huge supply.
