Why do (whether it is Male,female,or.couple) insist on face pics with 1st message yet they don't even have any pics on there profile. And some have a silhouette for.theres.

If someone contacts us, we would like a face pic straight away. If we are interested, we will respond in kind. If not, that's the end of it. It saves time for all parties involved.

And yes, we do always attach a face pic when messaging people for the first time if we approach them.

So yes..it's because we can.

We always send a face pic with a first message if we contact someone and would expect the same. It is not blind date.

if someone messages me first then its down to them to send the pic first if i message them first then ill send first there is totally no point in chatting to someone if there no attraction ... im not here to meet people flesh to flesh not social chit chats

Not everyone will match most others here, whether its araction or how they may be more inclined to take, rather than give, or do both in equal measure.

It does make sense to know early on if you're not matched but some people make it clear that others do the work, not them. Any sense of entitlement is usually unappealing, so it's good for people who do make efforts to recognise those who don't. You probably do well to escape from such low effort/high demands people. Imagine the lack of their focus on your needs, should you have had the misfortune to ever meet them.

The eaier they make it to spot them, the greater the benefits for you.

Why worry about how others choose to run their profiles? You're not obliged to conform to their request, any more than they have to do things any differently.

If you find a profile that doesn't fit with the way you like to interact, simply move on to one that does
