Hi all,

Agree with all the above. Lots of relaxation, use lubed fingers first and increase from 1 to 2 etc. Try small anal toys after the fingers and build it up. Try different positions too. For me, I hated the idea originally, but I enjoy it so now that I ask all the time. It's a very intense but pleasurable feeling for me, anyway.

Of course, plenty of lube and patience. One trick you don't here often is that the receiver must insert a finger himself/herself. The biggest problem with trying anal for the first time is our body automatically clenches the rectum when an external object enters. But when the receiver inserts his own finger, you can unclench the muscles easily as the entire thing is under your control. And now, the receiver knows what exactly has to be done to unclench the muscle. Now the partner can penetrate and the receiver can slowly unclench the muscles and let it in.

When your a lot more comfortable with something entering into you, and you have learned hoe to control your asses reaction to something entering you, the stress will have gone and trying it with a partner will be a lot easier.

Don't be in too much of a rush, practice/train using fingers and perhaps buy a training set of but plugs, take your time and don't let anyone do the deed before you feel you ar3e completely ready, oh and just another thing, the first time you put something of penis size up there it may feel like you need a poo according to the experience of some people, personally I didn't have that experience.
