Why do so many people believe that liking BBW ladies is a fetish? While you can fetishise a BBW woman just like anything else, surely it’s just a preference like small boobs or cut/uncut cocks?

It completely depends, sometimes it's a fetish thing, sometimes it's a preference thing. It just depends on if you like a BBW as a purely sexual thing, or if you would have a romantic connection to someone that is a BBW. Like I have a TV/cd fetish, I love the idea of being with a TV/cd but it's not a characteristic I would look for in a partner
