A few times we have spoken to couples - no veries or sometimes no pic on profile. We exchange messages and exchange face pics. Everything is fine then they delete their profile once we have finished chatting. This has happened a bit recently. Is this normal? How do u avoid these situations? Thanks!

It happens all the time. Often its not really a couple but a single guy pretending and just has some pictures to string you along.

near a big hill in s/ shropshire NOT in

Only real way you can do that is by not speaking to people with no profile pictures or verifications I guess they are usually the time wasters and I also look at how long somebody has been on this site for

They all are dreamers ,get tired of finding meets so they disappear.

But some of them are on Fab without the knowledge or their wives and partners. So they eventually disappear too

Ive found this a few times with single female profiles also. New profile they hang around for a day or so and then there gone. Some of them actually get verified but I usually wait a few days to see if there profile is still there before sending anything

Not just you, and not just couples profiles. I've had a lot of this over the last year or so. I don't think you can avoid it, really, but looking back afterwards, it often did seem things were maybe going too well. And you know what is always said about things that seem too good to be true...

Thanks everyone - we will be more careful. No response from us unless pics and at least 1 veri. Bloody weirdos, why pretend to be someone else??
