The controlled ones are incredibly intense but the times it happened spontaneously was a different experience, it was like that advert where the old people accidentally sit in the roller coaster seat.

I do the control thing - but it’s quite deliberate. Either to prolong a session or to make things more intense.

Helps avoid the “oh it’s over too quickly” thing too!

But I do get caught unawares occasionally and I would agree with you that it feels different!
