Club/social veris....

Am I missing something...if a person/couple are already email/photo verified, so everyone knows they're real - what's the point of ten people saying they just met or chatted to them at a club?

I just looked at a profile with nearly 50 veris, but 48 were club/met/chatting/clothed veris...only a couple were from actual 'meets'.

I get veris that follow any kind of sexual interaction, but tens of 'we chatted at the bar' veris seem pointless...or am I missing something?

Lots of people have met them, liked them. Some of the verifications are just from meeting, others for more.

Why is that a problem?

If they are genuine, sociable and not newbies then surely it is only natural?

I do understand that all veris are valid and give others an insight.

Praps there needs to be an additional category of veri and the ability to quickly see the type youre interested in.

Trawling through ten veris at a club bar last night is a bit tedious.

The purpose of a verification is to show that a profile is real, not actually to give a review of someone’s performance, though that’s the norm. Photo verification is better than nothing but isn’t foolproof, so veris saying I’ve met this person, they’re real is worth a lot more. I don’t see why you’d find social veris a problem.

I don't really find them a problem and agree with a lot of what you say, but ten from a single night in a non-sexual exchange makes it hard to find any from actual meets with that person...id prefer there to be a 'met/played with' category...

I guess I just don’t see why the distinction matters. Unless you’re hoping for details or something, a veri tells you very little about what someone’s like in bed. I’ve met people with glowing veris who were absolutely disastrous meets.

They are fully clothed verifications that back up that people are who they say they are nothnig more nothnig less. Photo varis can be faked as can meet ones but if you get 20 people at a social saying they met them then its fairly nailed on they are genuine. They might be verification whores too but that a whole other thing people do mind.

It definitely doesn’t tell you they’ll “do a good job” because everyone leaves either a good veri which is untrue because they feel they have to be polite or something; or a lukewarm veri that basically boils down to “yes I met this person and [insert vaguely positive thing about person that doesn’t say anything about the sex]”. If anyone ever leaves a scathing “yes this person exists but is terrible in bed” type veri I guarantee it won’t be displayed! I don’t leave a veri from a bad meet. Simple. Why would anyone do that? Veri’s are to show someone is real, genuine. I totally get that, but I'm thinking more if something someone did worried or upset you, howd you give others a heads up, if all veris are fixed?

I left a coupla balanced, polite feedbacks about clubs listing the good and bad of certain nights, but they weren't published.

Praps fab needs to separate veris from reviews/feedback.

In a system where the person has the choice to show it or not, anything negative you might say about someone will never be seen as they just won’t display it. And anything else would be seen as your word against theirs, or would be open to abuse, just like “naming and shaming” on the forums. Unfortunately I don’t think there’s any way around it.

why do you need to look through them all x they just show someone is who they say they are. Very few of mine are sexual..as people tend not to leave me sexual ones or I dont display them

Agreed-ish, though I/we always keep the social side minimal...ive found differing views and biases can directly affect my sexual attraction to someone.
