Do women and couples actually meet single men?

Yes I've verifications and yes from couples and women but I find it nigh in impossible to get any replies back from those who say they meet men. Please can you critique my profile and give me tips on how to make it better.

Or is it because us single guys are 10 a penny just like vanilla dating sites where its the same for single men.
