Ive googled it and asked around but to no-avail " personally i wouldnt put anyones name on the card, id just write a little message and then sign it, you cant get it wrong then | |||

"I thought that as they have been together 18 years" then i would say he has been a part of your mates life too in all that time so you would wish to extend your sympathy to him too so yes pop his name on as well as his g/f but put hers first as its her dad | |||
