You can always practice on a dildo, that's what I (her) used to do when I was single and then try it for real during a meet.

A good position with a real cock is to lay on the bed with your head hanging over the edge, the guy to insert his cock in your mouth and you need to relax, breath from your nose, and let him fuck your mouth but he needs to watch you closely as he will be blocking your airway. Lovely doesn't want to? So is it something to pursue? It helps to have no gag reflex and to try different positions like head over the bed, guy astride chest with dick going in from above, her kneeling and head above his dick etc. I don't find practice on dildos helpful. The plasticy material doesn't slide like a dick and it feels too hard, but each to their own.
