Yeah I get that if you get to meet them but I mean when viewing profiles... I do not seem to notice other elements greatly.

Just means you have a fetish for breasts, or could be you were never breast fed and crave them or you were breast fed for a long time and miss breasts. Either way nothing wrong in having a breast fetish even though it's quite normalised.
