After reading this I’ve just finished measuring mine using the shower head. And I can confirm that it is huge. O reckon a good 11 inches with a firm 14 inch girth. Inside diameter of the pee pee tube is 6mm and ball drop is about 3 inches I’m not exactly sure but I dropped them on the table and walked back 3 inches before they fell off
