As a younger guy I am already very hairy for my age! I dont mind massively but feel a lot of women get turned off by it as I'm only 23 covered in hair!

Considering looking into some kind of hair removal, any tips?

I was the same at that age, I left mine on, if people don’t like it, they’ll tell you. I think you look fine
