apparently from my research the answer is yes, any woman can do it.

the advice I was given was to relax and push when you feel you are going to cum. the way it happened first time, was with direct finger stimulation of the gspot, which makes you feel like you need to pee, so I pushed and bingo. now I can squirt from a really good kiss, I don't need the direct stimulation. for the really big events though, fingers or a cock can cause a torrent...

The sensation is like a need to pee feeling but deeper. Relax into it and you gush. Its completely different to a normal orgasm sensation but very fulfilling and most definately not peeing lol xx

Strange - I always feel like I'm going to pee just before I cum but that's not to say that I gush or squirt when I do. I have gushed/squirted when a guys fingers have reached the right place, but not during an orgasm. It just goes to show how mysterious the internal female orgasm is and how it varies from women to women.

Also, I think there's a big difference between gush and squirt. Out of the two I've squirted much more than gushed. In the squirt liquid there's like the white secretion, the same as you get when you're just wet. In gush liquid, it's just - well- liquid like water and there's loads of it. If you go for a pee before getting down to things, you can relax mentally when the time comes... I can't stress how important this step is in my experience.
