Lying about distance.

Any one find that people on here often lie about how long it takes to get somewhere?

The amount of times people message me from outside Birmingham and when I highlight I'm only interested in people local to me I often get told well "it's only x amount of mins from Birmingham" when I know it's not

I used to work nights in Telford it would take me 1 hour and 10 mins door to door, and that doesn't involve any traffic and me driving fast on the motorway but if I had a pound for the amount of times I've been told its "only 20 minutes away" I could buy myself a decent pair of shoes

I work in the taxi industry and I'm pretty good with distance and time etc (i have to be, it's my job) Love it when I get told "it will only take an hour" then I point out the reality and my job which I'm paid to know these things. Soon shuts most up who are actually over 3+ hours away

Also heen told Uttoexer is only 20 mins from Brum even though maps says 1 hour and 15 on a Saturday evening when theres barely any traffic

I dont accommodate and I wouldnt feel comfortable meeting someone from far who was paying for a hotel room. Some guys feel as if because theve put their hand in their pocket that they're entitled to vagina so I wouldn't want to feel obligated to do something I dont want to, if that makes sense

I feel sorry for you working in Telford and most people from Uttoxeter are inbreads so actually telling the time is amazing.

Yes I only lasted 2 months, the pay was great but the drive used to kill me sometimes
