How does one spot a fake couples profile on Fab?

What are the pointers please.

Look for multiple verifications. The more people that confirm them as genuine surely that’s good proof.

Do a reverse image search of their pics. If they won't send u a live pic on sc or kik.

Natural looking photos of them actually together, is a good sign of a genuine couple.

If it reads solely from a male point of view or "Mr" does all the communication, that would be a Ted flag for me.

Just answering your question. Yours wouldn't register as a genuine couple, therefore that's how I'd spot a fake couple.

We are not fake though. Yes we are not in what you consider a traditional relationship but we are genuine people enjoying this lifestyle, not fake.

The thread isn’t about commenting on fwb couples, it’s about spotting a fake couple....a traditional couple can also be ‘wobbly’ which I know from experience.....!

People have play phones for this sort of thing its not unreasonable for a time to call so the phone is switched on. Chatting on cam is better then everyone can see everyone and you know its a man and woman.

We have had our fair share of wobbly couples and complete time wasters too. We look for verifications, ask for pics of the couple both together and group chats on whatsapp or kik. But even then we find its no gurantee

Yes, that seems normal to us. It’s hard enough to arrange calls to chat to people as it is, the last thing you want is for people to call when you’re round at your parents, friends, at work, etc.

Her indicating she was on line to message and then she suddenly wasn’t when the number was requested. The thread is about spotting a fake couple.

I said I would text first either mobile and not just ring plus when she was on line I said I would ring and in a second she was gone. I’m only asking for advice folks that’s all.

I would say if a couple has 3 or more verifications from other couples who also have independent verifications themselves then that is probably about as good a way of shifting out the fakes as any.

The only risk would be a couple who have separated but the guy has maintained the profile since.

However, this risk will be lowered if they have had recent verifications.

Check for verifications. Photo verification too.

Check for conversational clues on their being two people. Fake people don't often mention their other half.

Face pics of the couple together are always good. If you ask for face pics and get several of one gender and one of the other, all seperate from each other.. that's dodgy.

And then ask to all talk on Kik or Snapchat as a four.

But there is a wife there who would talk if needed. Wives never appear sometimes, or are always shopping or something
