in my experience nightclubs are too busy and your easily interrupted by fellow clubbers or doorstaff, my tip would be to try pubs in city centres of a Friday/Saturday afternoon as they can be workmen just finishing work popping in for a few or stag partys etc, and no nosey doorstaff, both groups generally are up for being pulled in the toilets for a quickie

We’ve done this with women but never a guy.

Our approach was same as always, start chatting to somebody we like, see how things look to be going and then just straight ask if they’d like to come and play with us. We aren’t pushy about the whole thing, most of the time we’re just happy talking to someone new and being out together, if it plays out naughtily then all the better.

Can only imagine finding a guy would be along the same lines, maybe a little bit easier?

Get yourself a radar key for the disabled toilets.

They are normally pretty big and fairly clean.
