Some use it to distinguish between a bi MMF and a straight MFM. But often MMF is also used generally.

We much prefer the dynamics of a foursome. The flow of play brings about mmf, ff (sometimes), and mff all during an all night foursome.

We find the mmf a little less spontaneous in its flow. A mmf almost needs a declared lead dancer to avoid awkward pauses and fumbling. Typically our male half discusses this with the single male beforehand.

With a mff there needs to be an alpha lady to get things going. After that it tends to be, apart from the awesome obligatory double blowjob, a ff with the guy hitting open erogenous zones as they appear.
