Evening chaps!

Just wondering how many fantastic Fab folk freely frolic from sexy swinger's soirées to bloomin' brilliant BDSM events?

I've only bumped into a very small number of people at both types of event, but surely it's more common than that?

From previous threads it seems loads of people on Fab are into BDSM to varying degrees, but is it all private play, or do you keep swinging and fet venues separate? A prime candidate for us is Libs - we frequent the fet events there, but will only be visiting as swinger's for the first time next Friday.

I have found that most people seem to keep swinging and fetish separate.

Some do attend both fetish and swinging events at AtlantisEvolution.

I go to both types of event. I've been into kink much longer than swinging so I've been going to those events for much longer too, swinging is a relatively new thing for me.

Both types of event I go to are at the same club.

Maybe it's just the clubs we go to then, since they're fairly far apart. We usually visit the Attic for the party nights, and Libs for fetish events but they're not exactly close to one another.

Still though, I definitely find it strange not recognising many familiar faces between the two considering how many people enjoy a bit of both.

Yup, I enjoy going to both types of clubs and parties.

There are a few at my local bdsm munch who turn up to the swingers social, but not a huge amount.

To be fair, C and I are a bit odd insofar as neither bdsm nor swinging are full time vocations for us - just a bit of fun like anything else, which we don't take overly seriously.

I know that for many people in the Fet scene at least, it forms the basis of their relationships and even who they are as people to some extent, and given that its so time consuming, perhaps there's just no room for a second lifestyle going on alongside?
