When is it time

When is it time to hang my boots up and call it a day?

I'm single, late 40s and have a 'Dad-Bod' developing against my wishes.. (feel free to rip my profile)

Is it time to hand over to the young guns just yet?

Or maybe continue odding along...

There and to the left a bit

Hit mid-50s this year and have no intention of giving up yet - as long as you're still happy and finding pleasure from what you're doing why think of giving up?

I'm looking at the site as full as it is with young studs.. I know I could carry on and probably continue to meet a sprinkling of people... But they are becoming less frequent.. Presuming my age is causing this..? Or am I suffering a little age insecurity?

As is frequently noted though - not everyone likes or is looking for the same thing - so just because there are lots of "young studs" as you put it - doesn't mean they are all sought after

Oh.

You've been verified twice in 8 weeks, so I'm not sure why you feel its time to quit.

It's fine everyone adds five years on to stated ages anyway. You've sold yourself short by a year.

Very true, I think I was questioning others my age if they had experienced feeling like they are getting. Bit long in the tooth... Thanks all for your comments..

You're still a youngster! Do you feel ready to give up sex and intimacy yet, there could be another 50 yrs of living left in you. Its a long time without so much as a kiss

Hell no, I was thinking of dare I say it.. Going vanilla.. Trying to find one special lady and stay within the bounds of a truly exclusive loving relationship.

Having had some lovely messages and posts.. I think my old fart insecurity has wained.
