Anyone noticed the same glitch on their profile?

I had this strange looking yellow coloured box appear at the top right of my profile. Not seen it before.

Said on it something about 'messages' .... what do I do?

Do I click on it?

Nooo whatever you do, don't click on it! Carry it carefully to the bottom of the garden and place it in a bucket of water. Then go inside and wait for Armageddon.

I doubt it will happen again though... will it? Should I set up another bucket just in case?
