Then I strongly suggest that you go to your doctors and get checked out for diabetes as I havnt shot mix in over ten years because of that.

Been tested for 90% of things recently due to mini stroke, one was diabetes and I’m fine

Not sure about the interaction between a butt plug and diabetes, yes diabetes can cause ED and other issues but I’ve never heard of it causing butt plug only ejaculations!

It’s all to do with the prostrate and the sphincter muscle.

The constant pressure of running high stop the sphincter muscle working and by having the plug near or on the prostate gives the orgasm a bit of a boost.

The only time I see my spunk now is if I have a kidney stone as when I cum I spunk into my bladder.
