it has a saw attachment so you can freely cut timber products no guards but the back and forward motion lol

Amazon for the actual attachment. Not cheap but works ok if tightened up well. Just mind your speed, most saws are way too fast and the one we used was very hard work to keep at a comfortable rate as the switch was pressure sensitive and they are very heavy to hold for any period of time.
