It's not the worst.

Your photos could be much improved. People want to see and imagine being with you, to know if they fancy you. Clear, bright pics that show you in full, allows that. Have a selection, from different angles.

Text needs to sell you. It doesn't very well. Remove the warning, it's rubbish. I'd like to feel I had a sense of you as a person.

Including negative stuff is important if it's essential, otherwise it detracts - your past broken ankle? If a little overweight, keep it to the necessary minimum, if essential. Better to focus on the positives that you have to offer.
