Ok so personally I cum from ass play alone so it depends on what you get out of it yourself anyway.

Yes it does make the penis feel larger, also you can get wibbly shaped plugs which feel amazing for both parties

Personally for me I love the full feeling and the way it pushes forward my g spot for better stimulation. Then the thrusting hits the plug itself to simulate double penetration.

They're definitely not as intimidating as they sound. They're not that big when uninflated and then how big you go is up to you. I only pump it around twice since I'm not a fan of big toys. But there's the option to go much larger if that's your thing.

I find a shower or good wash is sufficient, and it’s rare I’ve had problems with any mess. Very occasionally there will be a little mess the first time I put it in but then I just clean up and second time is fine. Having said that if you are very squeamish about any mess at all then maybe it’s not for you

That kind of depends on what you are planning on doing.
