actually there was this prog on channel 4 awhile back.

there is a procedure where they perform a little op where they severe some tendon or something in ur cock and then you wear some specially designed little weights on it for afew months after. suppose it add about an inch or 2

the pills and pumps are suposed to work like, just if u going to do it research them and look for forums where people have done it and they soon tell ya whats bullshit and whats not if you need to do something

I've looked into this quite a bit and looked at a lot of the clinical trials that have been done on most of the products and devices out there. Surgery, cutting the tendon at the base of the penis just inside the pelvis, can give an apparent lengthening effect, but has the draw back of a wobbly dick and doesn't actually give you any more length as such. There are no pills and potions that work and the effects of a vacuum device are debatable. Other surgical devices are really just for masochists you can stretch the skin to an extent, but the effects can be short term and don't actually increase the length. One method that could give you up to an inch in additional length and increase the the girth is just to manually force the blood up to the head of the penis and keeping it has hard and as swollen as long as comfortable and repeating and repeating and repeating. The technique is often referred to a Jelking, not to be confused with edging. You can't Jelk with a fully erect cock either. The disadvantage is that it is very time consuming to the point of it needing to be an obsession and if successful may result in you having softer erections. The process sometimes causes micro tearing of the external skin as well as internal tissue and can lead to increases sensitivity and infection, so have the canestan thrush cream at the ready.
