Happens all the time. Guys want to cum and if a (well intentioned) condom is killing the mood they don't need asking twice to pull it off.

Bareback is the one thing we save for us two.

As said ,it's more common than it should be and usually when caught the guy will say he didn't know the rules in which case maybe all guys ,before sex, should be reminded.

I would never do bb on a meet, it would just give me too much stress and worry.

Speaking from a previous experiance in a none swinging night out many years ago where the condom came off.

Got tested, all good but the worry is a bigger turn off than using a condom ever will be..

Safe all the way for me.

But i always say each to their own. I dont judge others as it wont affect me directly.

"Glad to see honest answers, instead of sanctimonious liars."

I probably shouldn't be surprised on here, but responses like this, in which complete strangers are called liars, really boil my piss. What a thoroughly charming... person you are.

Of course it's only natural to think "I wonder what this would feel like without the condom", but some of us have the self-control not to take risks in the heat of the moment. I'd probably be open to going bare with a long term, trusted FWB, but only after we'd discussed contraception, what would happen if she got pregnant and a bit about basic sexual health first, when we were both sober and fully clothed. Sorry if that seems boring or unrealistic to some people, not sorry!

I'm in my 40s, but a) having been brought up in the "Don't die of ignorance era, b) really, really not wanting a child, c) preferring FWB type arrangements and d) considering myself a gentleman, I consider condoms pretty much a routine and necessary "evil". I've had way, way more protected sex in my lifetime than bare.

I'm not building the risks out to be more than they are or criticising those that consciously choose to go bareback - I've never used protection for oral for example (or been asked to), but condoms for penetration are just natural to me.

I'm not passing any judgement, but the comparison to Russian Roulette isn't about the odds, it's about the consequences. 1/6 or 1/1000, the bullet is still an unwelcome result

Nope, never.

Had a second meet with the same person on the following day on my own, who tried with the excuse, ‘Couldn’t find any small packs of condoms’. So no penetration occurred. I’m not willing to put my health at risk, whatever the excuse is.

Statistically the most likely outcome of Russian roulette is nothing too, it doesn’t mean it is a game I would want to play. How people play is a personal choice. I would rather they didn’t go bareback, just like I would rather everyone got vaccinated; it benefits us all. Any male or female who regularly, or even occasionally, have unprotected sex with others WILL eventually catch an STI, and then pass it on to consequent partners. Also, I bet only a small percentage of people on here go and get tested at the clinic?

Pull that trigger six times ,somebody is dying , that is not true of bareback sex ........or we would of died out by now !

Pull that trigger six times ,somebody is dying , that is not true of bareback sex ........or we would of died out by now !

I agree with safer sex but it’s personal choice and nobody else’s business outside of who you are sleeping with and I hate all the bullshit inflammatory comments and quotes that are nowhere near the truth ."

On here, not a prayer, safe only. With the gf as we are exclusive & after testing yes.

Playing with two women & requiring condoms does limit the naughty flow of things a bit.

The meets in the past I have had it seems the female partner occasionally says they don’t like condoms. I play safe unless it is with someone I know and trust.

Several women in swing life advertise safe sex but want the opposite.

Personally if you get regularly checked there is nothing wrong with bareback.

Gay men get checked regularly so why don’t straight people get tested?

Let's say a responsible guy goes to a club and an accident happens, condom breaks, condom slips off, it happens.

Let's assume that the lady involved had unprotected sex with someone else and has an incurable STD and passes it on to the responsible guy.

Are you all going to tell me that this responsible guy has no right to blame barebackers for his condition? Is it none of his business?

You guys can climb on your high horse and try and justify your selfishness. But the only reason why STDs exist at all, the reason why we are ALL at risk, is barebackers. That is ALL of our business.

I agree with you that the likelihood of catching an STI is lower than a lot of people reckon.... but higher than the general "non swinging" population. No STI needs to kill you these days, treatment is available. But do bear in mind, it only takes one incidence, that would be unlucky agreed, but increase the odds with multiple partners... I know someone who was infected with HIV who used to be on this site, they enjoyed the scene and had the same "no it's so unlikely to happen to me" attitude

Said this on a similar thread. But the amount of couples who claim to be “safe only” but then on the meet suggest / indicate bareback is an option is staggering. The amount of meets where pressure is applied (usually from the husband) to go bareback is alarmingly high too. In my personal experience

Or they don’t make it clear enough on their profile that they only do BB and start preaching to you during a social. What’s the point using a condom, when fingers are going ‘everywhere’.

Chlamydia and HIV are often without symptoms, and can take three months to detect.

Question: Are you at risk of catching an STI or HIV if you go bareback?

Answer: YES!

Simples!

I suppose noone can really answer that for certain until the situation arises, but I bloody well hope I wouldn't make a decision like that in the heat of the moment. Health is too important an issue to think with your dick on. And to be honest if any woman issued a last-minute ultimatum like that, how "hot" she was would rapidly become less important.

Absolute bollocks ..........your telling me bareback sex is a one in six chance of dying ?

Without wanting to be presumptuous, I think it was a metaphor rather than a statistically accurate comparison.

Crap one though , it’s nothing like Russian roulette .

Ok, for arguments sake, let's call it STD roulette. Is it going to be syphilis, or is it gonorrhoea, or is it HIV and so on."

There doesn’t appear to be much condom action in your pics, either on the cock(s) (Of course it’s only Mr of the couples cock) or the toys shared with other women..... no ex expert on these matters but just saying!

Applying your same logic I have decided to stop using the roads. I mean I know there are d*unk drivers out there.... Getting behind the wheel of a car is deliberately putting myself at risk. Face it getting behind the wheel is practically asking for it.

I reiterate. The only sure fire way to not get hit by a d*unk driver is abstain from going on the roads.

I wouldn't want go through the angst of blaming other people (like the d*unk driver himself) when it's actually my fault for deliberately putting myself in a position of risk.

"Please explain how expecting someone else to have NO pleasure so others can have MORE pleasure is not selfish?

Please explain how putting me at greater risk is NOT my business.

Please explain to me why me having a bad name, a bad reputation as a swinger because of someone's else's reckless behaviour is NOT my business.

I can't explain all of those things

But I can reiterate that the only sure fire way of ensuring your own sexual health is by abstaining

Thank you for expaining that STDs require sexual contact. Never noticed the "Sexually Transmitted" part of the phrase so thank you reiterating.

It's completely blown my previous of wind pollination and alien abductions for STD contagion completely out of the water.

On this good avice I will no longer have sex. Thank you.

It'll save you getting all angsty and blaming others

True if I get a sexual disease now I will have given it to myself. Whereas before if I had contracted it before it still would have been my fault.

You're just being silly now

I agree wholeheartedly.

We wear seatlbelts as a precaution

I reiterate...

Sorry can't finish this because I'm laughing too much.....

Couldn't resist "

Love it !!!

In other news.... you are less likely to drown if you are not near water....

People who never get in planes hardly ever get killed in parachuting accidents....

For those of you who don't understand these concepts please contact me......

And I'll reiterate them.

I don’t think anyone on the forums has had bareback sex.... they also carry dental dams and latex gloves on every sexual meeting....

Also everyone on the forums all get tested every 3 months , never used any chemicals, never had a drink , never smoked anything, always reply to emails, only care about a person’s personality, doesn’t lie about their age , thinks every person is beautiful, Thinks swinging is more about the social aspects rather than sex , would be more than happy to go to a club and not have sex , would travel anywhere in the world to meet someone, and would never stand anyone up......

Now if you do not agree with any of these things I just posted, I’m going to block you..... lol lol

Individualism is truly dead on the forums.....

That's not how consent works. Agreeing to have sex within a particular set of boundaries makes no difference to whether you meet them on here, in a club, at a bar, in church. Consent laws cover all scenarios. Whilst I get that a lawyer would use it as a defence, it's not one. In fact this site would probably help as there could possibly be messages and conversation to the contrary.

Still can’t use the finger prick thingy on myself so have to get a friend to do it for me.

This is how debate works. I raise a point. You deabate that point using reason and logic.

Telling me my idea is stupid is being condescending and rude. Nothing more.

Anyone here ever had smallpox?

In 1967 there were 10 - 15 million case of smallpox, from which 2 million people died.

On May 8 1980 the WHO declared smallpox eradicated.

I have a scar on my shoulder showing where I had my smallpox vaccination. Today people no longer need smallpox vaccinations.

Had people then had the same mentality of barebackers, they would have refused to be vaccinated, the diseases would still be alive and we would still need those vaccinations.

The point I was making is that contagious diseases require contact in order to propagate. In our case it's a case of sufficient people using condoms for long enough and us all being tested and not engaging in sex until we are tested clean.

A lot of barebackers seem to think responsible people LIKE to use condoms.

I don't know anyone who likes them. It's just the right and responsible thing to do.

Yes there is nothing we can do to stop barebackers barebacking. We know there is no argument that will change their minds. However, being told that it is none of our business that they are spreading disease is something I disagree with. Expressing opinions such as these, backed with sound argument is what these forums should be about. If you think I am wrong, and I may be wrong here, then prove me wrong. Simply saying my argument is stupid or bollocks or whatever is not constructive in any way.

Fortunately smallpox vaccination was legislation and you also couldn't travel unless you had proof of smallpox vaccination. I still remember carrying those documents.

Luckily people in those days were a bit wiser. Smallpox was a particularly horrible death.

I come from a part of the world where men, for cultural reasons, refuse to use a condom. Statistically the guy in the car next to yours is more likely to be HIV positive than have a drivers license. The death rate from HIV/AIDS is a phenomenal. Yet they STILL won't use a condom. I am used to the mentality, just not from such well educated people.

Saying if nobody barebacked we wouldn't need safe sex is stupid, how can you not see that? Unless you are saying everybody in the world stops having sex. That would be good for the human race wouldn't it.

And smallpox is totally irrelevant, unless you are saying we all have safe sex for a certain period of time.
