Had mine for years.

Have you thought about what size you want to start at and what size you'd like to stretch up to?

I started around 1.6mm and have stretched so I can now get a 10mm ring in, although I usually only where a 6mm or 8mm one as I find that more comfortable for longer periods.

During healing be absolutely fastidious about hygiene, you only get one duck, you don't want to damage it via infection.

Don't rush things, it may only take three weeks to hesl or if nay take 6, if you need 6 then take it.

Don't try and stretch to a larger size before you're fully healed. When you do start stretching take your time and don't try to go too large too quickly.

Once you've healed, enjoy the feeling, you'll love it.

You'll need to give it around 3 to 4 weeks before you can have a proper tug. Listen to your body, you'll know what you can do and when.

The only real downside is you can spray when you pee. It gets better with practice but be prepared!
