Messaged a couple today. Got on well. I sent face pics and they liked them. They suggested taking the chat to kik which we did. They sent a couple of pics which I hadn't asked for and our chat was going well.

Then they asked for my name, which I told them. Suddenly it goes quiet. Messages on kik unread and I'm blocked by them on Fab!

I know my name is unusual, but I never thought it was offensive!

Possibly, but only if all their profile info was false- age, location, initials, etc.

Mind you, someone asked for a photo of me last week (of my face) I sent it he said he liked it. He asked for another the following day (of my face) I looked virtually the same. He ghosted me!

Nowt as queer as folk. My head is perfectly acceptable!

Maybe they know someone who's connected with you but only realised that when they saw your name having never met you.

Alternatively you've been chatting with one partner and when they showed the other they vetoed the meet.
