The cliched younger man/older woman thing

Outside of here I get a lot if attention from young men, typically 25-30 but 1 was 18!

I I haven't taken any of them up on their offers of dates/whatever due to pre-conceived ideas about how they are, most of which are validated as the bad behaviour usually starts fairly quickly after the initial contact.

Obviously I know anyone can be a prick: be they young, old, man or woman but young men do seen to lack a cool head from what I have seen.

On here they youngsters don't disturb me, presumably as my preferred age is 30 plus. Just wondering if the youngsters on here perhaps have more regular access to older women so are maybe less excitable than their Tinder cousins!

Thoughts from the ladies who have experience of this please, thank you

I think filters do a massive job of ing out unwanted attention, there's still a big thing for it, personally it's quite a kink to be with a lady older than myself but most don't have the chance on here as they can't get through

Yes, I've found that it soon shows bit kind of hoped the Fab youngsters would be more experienced so less over keen/rude.

Outside of here most don't seem to get that even if I wanted to, I can't just drop everything as I have children.

The youngest I've met was 26, and I was sorely tempted by a 23 year old not long ago. Both were very mature. In fact the majority of the shitty horrible messages I get (which isn't a lot, granted) are from older men.

When I split from my long term partner, I joined Tinder and met a few guys in their 20’s. I was in my 40’s.

They were all lovely, polite and respectful.

I find on here it’s men in their 50’s and older who are crude and rude and the younger men are far better mannered.

I’m quite a fan of meeting younger guys.

During the last few months I’ve had a experiences with the oldest guy I’ve met from here and also the youngest guy I’ve ever been with.

On our last meet the older guy was not respectful of boundaries at all. And my meets with the younger guy have been without a doubt some of the best experiences I’ve had from here.

The younger guy’s profile says that he’s older than he actually is and I wouldn’t have chatted with him if I’d have known his actual age. But I’m glad that he managed to get around my filters!

I've found under 30s (I'm generalising) are politer but more pushy and 55plus (again generalising) are the rudest and will throw their toys out of the pram ... but tbh 99% of all guys that message me are polite and seemingly nice!

Iv always found older women a lot more attractive then girls my age, never been with one but hope to, but because I like older women I feel like Iv had to become a lot more mature then girls my age. Guess it’s a shame that a lot of older women brush younger men with the same brush but at times it’s understandable

I always had a rule that I wouldn't go below 30, just felt a bit odd.

But I recently met a 28 year old in a club (obviously I didn't ask his age beforehand, although I did think he was early 30s) and we are having a lot of fun. He is more mature than any guy I've met in a long time and I don't notice the age difference at all.

So the short answer is judge in the person not the number (I know,I know, such a cliché)....
