The Pantie Purse com do some really nice collars ..I have a hot wife one from them and a slut one..also a metal d collar which is my favourite.

Top to Bottom leathers. All their collars and cuffs are lined with soft leather and all edges are rolled and padded. Quality does not come cheap but after nearly fifteen years my set is still soft and strong
