Forum VS Chat Rooms

How many of you fab people think forum is better than chat rooms?

Reazon why found better forum is because here is possible have a constructive conversation , some posts they really bring all together with questions and views in so diferent topics .

Chat rooms i can't really understand who is talking with and what they are talking about also You can in in the chat room say good evening everyone or morning ask how is everyone , and nobody talks .

I would like hear from you all your opinion about this topic

Never used the cams but I like the forums. I love reading peoples different opinions and views, as long as they don't turn it nasty x

The forums everytime, as you've stated op the line of conversation tends to be a lot better, while the chat rooms just end up as a big jumble of words.

Totally agree with you OP. Chat rooms are too fast for me. By the time you've answered a question there have been 10 more comments and the flow gets lost. Much prefer a forum. Vx

Much prefer the forums. Maybe I'm just a bit slow but chat rooms are way to fast. Just like you said I'm never sure whose talking to who either. That said I'm sure if you asked the same question in the chat rooms the popular opinion would be the opposite of here I'm guessing.

I’ve been in the chat rooms/on cam twice in nearly 6 years - and both times I got hounded!

So many comments it was impossible to reply or have any kind of conversation. I very much doubt I’d bother again. Much prefer the forums tbh! Xx

I like both as they serve different purposes. Forum is great because, as most on here have observed, you can have a more developed conversation. Or not. Easier to explore ideas and concepts here and easier to follow the thread. Mostly.

Chat rooms can be fun though plus, of course, you get to cam and / or view cams. Now that's a whole new dimension for a different type of conversation. The good times can be a bit of banter in the chat rooms or it can be a trigger for a private conversation that can lead to a whole lot more

I think they're two very different beasts, that cater to different things to be honest.

I've not used the chat rooms here but chat rooms generally are more immediate and "in the moment" and ebb and flow dependent on the topic being discussed, and tend to be limited to one line responses, whereas the forums are generally more leisurely and allow you to take your time to contribute fuller answers when they're called for.

So don't think it's necessarily a case of one being better than the other as such - just which one suits your needs better

I never been on camera there, like you say is impossible to reply or keep a conversation so no point in be there

When i went first time in the chat room i couldn't understand all talking with someone and i couldn't se who was that person . So they told that person was on camera what i didn't know the chat had camera. I confess i do had the same temptation as you put my boobs out live , but who knows me they know i am to shy
