I have recently got chatting to someone who is arranging an ‘event ‘ and is charging £50 per person to ‘cover costs’ and wants the money before the event to ‘stop time wasters ‘.Firstly is this prostitution? Secondly is this allowed on here ? And thirdly is this type of situation common?

Don't mind going halves on a room. But £50 for an 'event'?

Walk the fuck away...

You've missed out

Fourthly.. It's 99 % likely it's a scam unless you can see a history of events and veris from known genuine fabsters

If it's genuine then as in life you make your own choices as an adult whether that's paying for sex or walking away

‘She’ has 4 very dubious verifications , so I can be pretty sure it’s a scam. Where do you draw the line though? Is charging and making money from ‘events ‘ prostitution?

It depends if it's a real event.

You’re not paying for sex just for her time and company

What if it is a ‘real ‘ event ? It is still profiteering from sex?

Is it an organised event?

2 choices.

Turn up on the night and pay then if it’s a proper event or walk away.

Or just follow your gut instinct.

If you did transfer money, what assurance do you have this is genuine? None, by the sounds of it. Pass on by.

In The North

Seems to be a pattern that I have noticed on here of late.

Said accounts sign up, advertise the event usually within the same day, get re-verified and after the event, the account disappears.

Is that the same when you take a lady for dinner? I can't see much difference. Always wondered, and if so, am I expected to 'put out' later?

I have no idea about etiquette

Pontypridd

There are a few mobile clubs. They rent an apartment or house for the weekend, lay on food and soft drinks, provide towels condoms etc. And they charge as they pay out for accommodation and extras. I’ve been to a couple and they were well organised. However they were also well verified. An events planner should have tons of veris.

One question , " Why," !!

So many clubs that you could go to with full support and the safety of the organisers and hoists.

You would normally pay for an event on the night not before. £50 seems quite steep as well. I wonder what is provided for that price?

Hull

There's still a couple on here whom I know when they were in London years ago, would ask (once you arrived at their place), for payment, to fund the road tax on their car, or the new annual car or home insurance!

If you objected, you were politely asked to leave & then blocked you.

People do organise fetish and sex events where there's a charge to cover the cost of the venue etc. I wouldn't call it prostitution and its legitimate. The problem here is that if you want to advertise it or find guests for it then you have to pay for the privilege and this person is using fab as free advertising.

Oh and you would never pay in advance. You'd pay on the door as you arrived.
