Good quality photos don't mean a person is fake, but reverse image is worth checking.

I like well thought out pictures. People who make an effort with their photos.

Professional ones are usually great and certainly doesn't mean someone isn't real.

Sadly all my photos are phone selfies. Maybe next year I'll get a proper photo session

None of our pictures are professional (some obviously so in our earlier pictures ) but some are what we'd consider to be a bit more artsy maybe? I'm quite nifty with a phone camera!

It's personal taste I guess, but we do enjoy putting a bit of effort into our gallery as it's essentially our Fab shop window after all

I think that' a bit unfair. Photography can be fun, why not go all out if you enjoy it?

I suspect many of them are actually a partner or friend being into photography anyway and therefore why not.

We're all on a site the wider world would think is a bit strange - let's not compound it by judging how each other has their fun eh?

My partner gets the opposite. People asking him to give them a free photo shoot. When he explains it would have to be paid for. No response. I am a terrible model and don’t take instruction well so don’t judge him on my photos.

Thank you

Were fun to do.

To the couple who think that professional photos suggest that the profile owner is high maintenance, I think this is a disappointing response.

In fact it may be quite the opposite. Many women find doing a photo shoot something out of their comfort zone or do one as a pick me up after a difficult time to boost their confidence.

I think its a good sign if you use imagination and take time with your pics. Personally I always feel uncomfortable infront of a camera and need all the help I can get.

Lots of the girls on here are gorgeous and dont need any help to look good.

If you take pride in your pics you will probably take pride in your meets.

On the other hand a pic of a guy in the bathroom with his willy out does nothing for me and shows no imagination.

I do think its cheating if you use filters though x

My lack of photographic know how frustrates me immensely because it prevents me from producing the sort of pictures I imagine in my head.

You can bet your life that if I knew how to set my SLR camera up properly and had more frequent access to decent backgrounds and/or props - or knew and felt comfortable with someone else who did - that I'd be putting up those photos instead of phone pics.

It's natural to want to make the best of yourself and professional style photos with great lighting and composition usually tend to do that. Doesn't point to the subject being fake unless there's other concerns to raise suspicion - in fact, most times I've seen 'dodgy' profiles where every photo looks like a different person and/or they don't seem to tally with their profile description, those pictures appear to be (stolen) amateur ones. I tend to think fakes are more likely to want to blend in than draw undue attention by using especially striking photos.

I've met guys off here who's body's look nothing like their pics, or look 10+ years older than their pics. Same goes for women I've bumped into in clubs who look absolutely nothing like their pics on here.

Professional or not, there will always be fakes or those who like to mislead others with fake/old/heavily edited photos.

Well thought out pictures most certainly catch my eye more

Its like the faceache photos where people (not so) subtlety make sure their rolex watch is in full view. Their is a good chance it is fake and its all about keeping up appearances.

"I find “professional” photos a bit naff. It’s a bit OTT to me

I agree, and they very rarely portray a ‘real’ likeness,

This is a load of bullshit, because clearly you have been knocked back by someone with those kind of photos....

Wow,you seem to think you know a lot about me I hadn’t realised we knew each other? I haven’t been ‘knocked back’ by anyone with professional photos as I wouldn’t message them . Tbh I have been ‘knocked back’ by 100s of people with normal photos though

A bit like you assuming a lot about people from their photos

I have seen people in clubs etc who look absolutely nothing like their ‘professional photos’ . Can you remind me what your point is again?

And from a faceless profile...someone who cannot even show a profile pic

Yeah. What is your point again? You seem a bit angry

The point is you can give your opinion, yet when I gave mine counteracting yours, it seems you are too closed minded to see that someone else can have a differing opinion... I care not one jot for people that just keep saying " and your point being?"...it makes you look stupid, and that you cannot conduct yourself well in a discussion...especially a faceless one

Maybe if you hadn’t stated that what I was saying is ‘bullshit’ and my opinion was based on ‘being rejected ‘ I would have taken you seriously. However it has made you come across as crass and angry and if I am honest deluded

And all from someone who does not even have the balls to show a profile photo? ...kind of makes you look like you are all talk and no action does it not? ....

Does that apply to everyone on here without a public face photo? I might get mine professional done, "

How dare you come to that conclusion. Didnt you read where she said you shouldnt make assumptions based on photos...?

Fucksville

I know ones that have been airbrushed (a lot) and don't really think that's a fair representation of the person in question

"Seeing a lot of professionally taken gallery pics. Are they real ? "

As long as they are real, I like them. Personally, as long as they are not porn-style photoshoots, bring them on they could be good conversation starters or give an insight into what they like

Much better than someone spreading their labia wide (you know who you are) which is the female equivalent of dick pics in my view :D
