Unless I drink a load of night nurse before bed my body thinks sleep is an optional extra.....

Damn I’d love to get you in my bed....wouldn’t help the sleep problem though

My body clock is a little knackered, I kind of sleep randomly, sometimes each day, sometimes I'm awake for 72 hours straight before I fall asleep, though I'm more awake at night than during the day. I usually go to bed about 5am and wake up about 1pm

Stroke 4 years ago created a random sleeping pattern....fatigue means that when tired you have to give in to it and sleep, yet at times the insomnia is excruciating

Sorry to hear that, it's hard to bounce back when you can't sleep properly

I don't have insomnia but I do wake few times a night or wake up really early and can’t go back to sleep like this morning. It is crap, been a bad sleeper since a teenager.
