Easy to find plenty online. I don't think you'll have a problem with a regular size as long as you go slow and use good lube. Just don't go too deep too soon.

I can categorically say that in my wifes case it is the mental aspect that gets her off. I’d hazard a guess that it’s the same for a large proportion of women.

Unlikely to be honest. You can never have too much lube.
