So I've been chatting this morning with someone on here who, like me, likes riding bikes and it made me think...who fancies a Cycling Swingers group?

Meet for group rides and then, for those wishing to, some after ride fun (or on ride haha). I ride both road and MTB so open to all disciplines.

Just a thought anyway.

Nice one. You ever get down to North Wales to ride the MTB? Would you be interested in joining a group if I set one up?

If I do numbers will be limited to ensure a good M F Couple split.

So you're going to potentially exclude people from exercise activities based on their gender

I haven't actually said I'm doing anything yet as just feeling people out for interest. But the swinging aspect...yes, there would be a cap on single men...just as most swinging events do. Group rides..more the merrier. As I said, nothing is set in stone...it's an idea!!

I know, I'm just stirring the pot

Works pretty slow today.

But in all seriousness. I'm in. I love cycling as long as its off road though

Other than this it was a good idea, but South York’s would be a better location

Redditch

Nice idea in principle. I'd be interested

I have both a mountain bike and road bike (both Carrera - don’t judge me ) but tend to favour the mountain bike. Even on the road, as it's slightly more comfortable with the front suspension, but more effort owing to the knobbly tyres

Maldon

Road and a hybrid. Often seen on the lanes of north Essex, Herts, Cambs.

I enjoy the route to London along the river Lea. Get the train back though.

Yeah definitely. I’ve been to llandegla a fair bit. Also Cannock Chase and Grizedale. More into MTB than road. I only got a road bike to keep my fitness up between MTB sessions really.
