Its freezing in our house so I've taken to taking 2-3 hot water bottles to bed. The other alternative is to sleep with clothes on and nope that ain't happening. It's bad enough if I stay over at a friends and have to wear pjs.

I have always slept naked,well from my mid teens. Wearing clothes all day sleep time is nice to let your body breathe. Snuggling in a nice warm duvet when cold and the option pull it off when hot and catching a nice breeze to some areas from an open window

I always sleep naked, so much nicer and less restrictive, the feel of bare skin on soft sheets, so much nicer, than PJ's wrapped around my knackers, restricting things.....that's for other occasions
