" Find out your TDEE and take away 200 calories from that to find out how much you should eat to lose weight. Doesn’t matter what you eat if you eat 200 under that. (Healthier foods are more filling bare in mind) I run an Upper/Lower split. There are plenty of training schedules online for Upper/Lower. | |||

Work out your TDEE and eat 100-200 calories less than it per day, and do around 20minutes of cardio each day as well as your usual routine. You shouldn’t lose any muscle as long as your eating sufficient amounts of protein! | |||

I've lost lots of weight this year cutting wheat out and eating a plant based diet so maybe look into it. It doesn't suit everyone but does me so am sticking to it | |||

"Paid for 3 months membership at my local gym, explained I don't excersise and never been to a gym before so the gym coach said he would tailor a workout for me. First visit and tore something in my stomach. 2 and a half months later and still have what can only be described as a burning sensation on my stomach. Do you know what this could be? Put me right off the gym. Feel like he didn't actually listen when I said I wanted to start easy and build up the excersise as I go!!" You may have a Hernia! I would advice you to go to your GP and get it check out. | |||

Just check first, I've seen people pick up pretty bad injuries from poor instruction. | |||

" You don’t have to cut anything out to cut weight. You can eat anything you want as long as you eat under your TDEE per day. Work out your TDEE using a calculator online and if you eat 200calories below that every day (you can track calories using the app MyFitnessPal) you will lose weight, no matter what you eat. | |||

X" Obviously its better to have a balanced diet, but facts are facts and you can eat anything you want and as long as you are under your TDEE you will lose weight. Obviously you will look leaner eating healthily as you will hold less water weight too! The protein within an hour of training is also a myth! As long as you get sufficient throughout the day thats all that matters. | |||
