Both my partners are experiencing full on perimenopausal symptoms. It's so tough for them. Sleep, flushes, confidence destroying anxieties, the works.

It's a polyperipausal sandwich and I'm the meat in the middle.

Hugs to anyone experiencing symptoms.

Men, once again, get off so lightly! X

Nightshifts are a killer anyway, so much worse when you're already feeling exhausted

My problem is the hormonal mood swings - going from sex starved predator to crazy cat lady in 24 hours makes it a bit difficult to schedule meets.

Oh that's hard to cope with,

tried nightshifts but really hated it so gave it up pretty quick,

if they suit you though, hopefully it's just a rough patch and you'll get back into your routine soon.

Yup, now I buy modafinil for that. Had surgical menopause last year. It helps with brain fog too.
