So I've not felt brill this weekend, mixture of mega toothache and low mood, so today, after a lie in of course, I hopped out of bed, got changed, went for a walk to the shop and sorted myself out a bit, but I have been quite on the site for a few days, so my question is, do you guys still use the site, and or meet when your ill or not feeling brill? I feel like meeting people may boost confidance in people, but especially when you're in pain I imagine it takes away from it, what do you guys think?

I still browse on here when I'm ill but don't think I'd have a meet. Wouldn't want to pass on any of my germs to other people!

That was my thoughts, i've been suffering with chronic toothache and depression hitting hard this weekend, so been a mixture of the 2 that has kept me away

"Look after yourself first - I was feeling shit the other week an last thing on my mind was meeting people. That said, I did browse, mostly because I was also bored shitless.

You’ll get better in time, just take it easy. You’ll know when you feel up for meeting again

Im like that now, hence why im back on the forums! But was curious to see if it has an impact on others as it has done with me! Hopefuy your back too 100%!

I was meant to be going to a club night on Friday, but felt so ill in the afternoon (headache, sore throat, shivering) I went to bed at half three to try to warm up.

Woke up 3 hours later...

I couldn't have met anyone then if I'd wanted to. Kept logged in, tho, to help pass the time.

Although I realise depression is completely different - all I can say there is that you know best how you'll react if there's another person in your space and, if it feels right, go for it

Yeah being resply ill I wouldn't want to risk anyone else getting it! With the depression thing I know I always feel better with folk to talk too, but I can never be bothered to go out and chat to people so bit of a catch 22

I have ME and if I didn’t meet people when not feeling my best then I’d never meet anyone!

Wouldn’t meet people if I actually had a virus or something contagious though.
