Certainly not a turn off for us but we do prefer to meet guys who are very honest about it, not afraid of displaying it on their profile and know what they want when it comes to playing.

Yes and No. Im of the opinion its usually the guy (if its a couple) that is scared hes going to gey pounced on. Just take note of the number of profiles staing "hubby is 110% straight" or similar.

Theres enough bi or bi-friendly women/couples on the site to make it worthwhile being open about it.
