Local Munch

New forest area

Hi all

I'm contemplating going to my local munch.

But I have no idea what to expect.

I have an interest in BDSM. But it isn't a 24/7 interest.

Advice appreciated.

I didn't go to many but the ones I went to I enjoyed.

There were a variety of people there, not all 24/7 TPE types. It was a bit cliquey, there was a slight snobbery about collared subs vs session bottoms, but that was a very small minority of people.

I found them great, and I'd highly recommend them.

Give one a go and if you don't enjoy it then don't go to another- simple!

If you're curious you should definitely go - life is too short not to.

You will find a mix of all sorts of kinksters from those in 24/7 D/s dynamics, to those who partake in things occasionally. Everyone remembers what it was like to be new, and for some, how little they knew or had done when they first started going to stuff. I'm sure you will find everyone very welcoming, supportive and non-judgemental.

Oh and if it's a munch in a pub, chances are people will be chatting about anything from music, films, sport, etc.

I always got the impression people preferred to keep their kinks somewhat private until a friendship had be struck up.

So it's not an intimidating environment, not much different to any other night in a pub.

I've been to a few munches and they are fairly cliquey unfortunately. There is another website I won't mention where you can find out more about your local scene.Fab isn't really the place.

You could probably go to 2 or 3 a week in London. There are loads. Based on geography and interests

Went to the aylesbury one a few years ago beat decision we made. They were some of our friends anyway lol and gave he Mrs a new Warren to play in boosted her confidence to no end
