Dont Understand Why

We were contacted by an apparently lovely couple 2 hours ago asking to get to know us better,compliments on our profile and asking us if we were enjoying our weekend.

Their profile was verified and good with respect to content and photos.They had been on Fab for several months but chose to not show their verifications.No problem with that at all.

We liked what we had seen and so wanted to send a message to take things further (we are one of those couples who reply to all messages anyway)but found that they had left the site.

We have been swinging for a while and had our share of let downs/no shows etc but we cant fathom why a couple like this would suddenly leave the site.

Anyone any thoughts or views?

Maybe they had made the decision for one of a multitude of possible reasons that swinging was no longer for them, so they left ?

To be honest, Mrs red and I have been on here for over 3 years but at the very 1st sign of anything going wrong, either of us not being happy with this aspect of life, the first thing we'd do is delete the profile and quit swinging.

For us it's a bit of fun but not essential and our marriage is a gazillion times more imortant than having sex with strangers so maybe the couple in question had similar thoughts .. ?

just accept people do things just because they happen to want to at that time .sometimes best not to try and fathom out some things . human nature is unpredictable and illogical at times so trying to speculate on why others do what they do is fultile ,we wont ever know . just focus on those who are still on the site and take your interest far more productive use of time .

Who knows...perhaps they have had a bereavement, illness, family problems or have simply decided that swinging is not for them.

You cant know, what you can do is stop worrying about how others use or dont use the site.

this kind of thing has happened to us, and also get mail like " you look like a fun couple, love ya pics" so we mail back asking "would you be interested in meeting us" they reply back "yeh would love to" never hear from them again!, whats all that about

All understood and accepted but you would have thought that if they had quit/fallen out/family problems bereavement etc then its just as easy to message us as it was when they did so initially.
