The surname I was born with is unusual and my dad thought it came from France. My Gran told me that she used to get letters with various spellings very few got it right but its quite good shortened

I did shorthand at college, our teacher was called Mrs Hoare

I went away last weekend and visited a castle on the way home called Coch

Trace went to school with Jacklin Hyde.

Her parents must have had an odd sense of humour.

There's a journalist covering the Royal family named Kate Williams.

She was on TV 24/7 this time last year for reasons that won't be too hard to work out.

What I'm wondering is how her parents could possibly have known?!

Yeah, its like all these judges that are called Justice, Mr Justice Stevens and so on.

How did their parents know they'd become judges?

myself and my younger brother are the ONLY people on the planet with our surnames as they are double barreled (moms maiden name) and his ex refused to allow his 2 kids to have the full name, so they just got moms married name, me and my ex are divorcing, so she wont have it for long and im not stupid enough to have kids lol

I went for a job on the docks and was told to ask to see Mike Hunt.

I thought oh aye, we've all heard that one, so instead I just asked the receptionist if Mr Hunt was about.

Imagine my surprise when she called out "MIKE, someone about the job!"

The weird thing is that his first name was Christopher and it was his middle name that was Michael, he just preferred being called Mike Hunt. R
