" There is no easy fix for sure but removing the sexuality option isn't one of them and will just lead to more confusion and angst amongst those that get angsty about it. Personally I prefer to focus on my use of the site rather than worry about how others choose to use it - yes it's irksome when someone has lied on their profile about anything but if that doesn't match the recipients expectations then it's quite simple to delete and ignore. And to your first point yes the current system doesn't allow you to search couples based on just one half's sexuality but it does allow you to see immediately on looking at a profile and then decide whether to contact them whereas changing it to just using the "looking for" option wouldn't allow that and would result in having to message to find out if someone is bisexual (if they haven't included it in their text) and the potential outrage that would cause. | |||

They didn't say they hate them for being bi. They may hate them for being pushy/ disrespectful of straight women. Same as some people say they hate single men.
For whatever reason ‘dislike’ would have been a better choice of word. In general I’ve always found bi women, myself included, to be very respectful of other women's sexual orientation but that’s another thread lol!
