Do you need it have you been advised to have it , if so have it done if you just think it will look better then dont think you will find anyone to do just cos of that but could be mistaken .

To be honest I personally prefer the au natural look and feel and taste (without the cheese) but everyone is different, its like any other surgical procedure has its risks and theirs no turning back so think about why you want it done and the long term implications.

If you go for it mind the before and after pics for us fabbers

It hurts like a MOTHERFUCKER.

Forget what they tell you about it being a minor operation, nip into hospital and straight out, this is all nonsense. Yes, it's minor compared to a heart and lung transplant, but it's not to be taken lightly.

I had it done at 17, took the quack at his word and thought I'd nip up one morning, have the afternoon off work and be right as rain next day. No need to tell anyone, minor op. Pfffft, Not a bit of it.

Two days in hospital, got up for a piss whilst groggy from the op, heard a thump and saw a bloody lump on the floor, thought it was my cock and had a freakout. (It was the dressing).

Good old Mater & Pater came and collected me from hospital and looked after me. I shuffled around like a zombie for a few days, taking salt water baths to dissolve the stitches, it fucking HURT. It hurt when I lay down, when I had a bath, when I went for a piss, when the weeping ooze stuck it to my leg, but most of all when I slept and...y'know...dreamed like all 17 yr old boys dream. Never have I prayed for my cock to stay soft and small like I did then.

The next week I went back to work, wearing very loose fitting trousers. Everyone was most sympathetic, which was appalling for me, having tried to keep it a secret from everyone, including my parents. I might as well have put a fucking ad in the paper! Still, the fact I wasn't subjected to the usual rough and tumble of the workplace was welcome, even though I was pissed off about my Dad warning them beforehand to treat me carefully. It was still tender.

I reckon it was a good couple of weeks before I got to, erm, test it, you know, in "simulation mode". Seemed to work fine, the odd mysterious twinge now and again out of nowhere, for no apparent reason.

Oh, did I mention, IT HURT?

Anyone who has this done for cosmetic reasons (or for religious reasons, for that matter), quite frankly, needs their fucking head examined.

Why would you put yourself under the knife on a whim? Never mind foreign anaesthetists with a poor grasp of English, what about the risk of necrotising fasciitis? Ok, the risks are small, but they are zero if you stay at home!

If it ain't broken don't fix it.

PS. IT HURTS.

What are your reasons for having it done? If you have a tight foreskin there are stretching exercises and steroid creams to help with that which your GP can provide.

Anyhow, it's your body so it's up to you, just be sure as it won't grow back unlike having a #1 haircut then regretting it!

My son had it done at the end of feb aged 10, to treat a tight foreskin, wed tried the steroid cream but it didnt help at all. He was off school for week n half, unable to play sports for almost 3 weeks, got an infection after day 3 as it was so tender he wouldnt shower or bathe or let me near it to wash, poor little bugger (and me) had an awful couple of weeks. Personally wouldnt recomend it if it wasnt for medical reasons

I had it done at 19, and like the guy who first said it hurts, it was a miserable experience.

The actual op went ok, and I came to after with no real pain.... cos I was still pretty groggy.

Fell asleep...... and then started to wake up with the growing sensation that something was uncomfortable.... no, now that I am slightly more awake something is a little sore...... now I am almost fully awake and something hurts.... and now I am fully awake and OH MY FUKKIN GOOD GOD AND HOLY HELL!!!!

Yup, I needed a pee, and awoke at silly a.m. (about 12 hrs after the op)with a raging hard-on!!!!

I really did decide there and then to just piss the bed to try to get rid of the hard-on, but luckily things... erm.... shrank quickly so I made it to the loo.

After that, well, it was a breeze, just a few days of walking like John Wayne in very baggy trousers, bathing it two or three times a day to keep in clean, and feeling sore for about a week, then about another two weeks of discomfort any time the little fella got a little excited.

Yes, it fekkin hurts!!!

anything to do with your partner in crime i would really advise against unless it is going to fall off if you dont have it done.

also going for the snip makes me cringe.

i had an operation a few years ago when the docs thought i had testicular cancer .

ladys used to love it as i had 2 growths the same size as my nuts inbetween my nuts so like having 4 balls.

imagine the lady's faces when that slapped em round the ass during a good session.

but after the removal of them and 10 stitches down my nutsack.

i walked like john wayne after a gallon of jack daniels.

i jumped in my car thinking i was ready to drive and what could only be described as the feeling of someone crushing your nuts in a vice soon hit me.

i had to stop on double yellows as some pilchard cut me up in traffic and litterally rang my bells .

police pulled up and i was in tears .

i showed the cop my nuts and he was nearly sick and told me to just take my time

so with that word of warning stay away from the family jewels and anything attatched to em
