Not when I'm cycling but definitely when I'm out running, inappropriate thoughts are how I get through most of my runs.

I got a temporary pereneum injury after I did the ride London 100 miles a couple of years ago so I'm always worried about my member when cycling which sort of has a dampening effect

Did RideLondonWalkSurrey this year, never again. Was supposed to be enjoyable but there were far too many entrants, too many crashes and hold ups. I like hold ups but the ones on ladies legs not the ones on the course.
