Not as many veris this year!

Just been looking at our veris. Noticed we've had half as many this year than last year.

We've had just as much playtime. I think we've been more fussy this year. Biggest factor is time wasters and non proformers. Eg, arranging a meet, and if they turn up and only want to finger the lady. .

How have your veris gone this year over last?

Personally speaking we’re not particularly bothered about verifications as in receiving or handing out . We have noticed some people like to treat them as a competition to see how many they can ramp up

We’re the same. We’ve met twice as many people as we have verifications, and a few of those people have become good friends and we’ve met many times. There comes a point, when you have become actual friends in the real world, where writing a veri actually feels a bit... I don’t know... weird?

Lol a sore point for single guys on here !. Yes had more last year but we were on a couples profile so had lots more interest.... My last meet won't verify me as she doesn't want folk knowing who she's met !

We only show our most recent and don't show our veri's account summery. It's not a compertition for us. Just an intereting observation we've made.

Why would you want hundreds of veris? Surely one is enough to prove you are who you are? Surely this is becoming a way of showing off

This! I'm not overly bothered about verifications, and the number I do have certainly doesn't accurately reflect the amount of fun I'm having. I generally look to make long term connections, verifications don't really feel necessary or even appropriate after the first couple of times of meeting.
