What’s the best way to get my wife interested in trying to add another man I’ve discussed it and she is shy and she seems open to the idea when she’s had a drink but the next day not so keen on the idea any tips or suggestions would be good

The reality is if she isn't keen when sober then its best not to push it. People have fantasies and most don't want to live them out. Using alcohol to persuade people could end up in complete disaster.

its no good kind of getting the feeling, you need to discuss this properly with her and her alone. The basis of a good swinging relationship is open honesty. If you really want that kind of relationship work on your emotional communication together

Just keep talking to her about it, if shes interested then she obviously likes the idea but has some concerns. Set ground rules/limitations, find out what your both comfortable with and reassure her you would be there to look after her and your relationship by making sure your rules are kept.

Dont force it too much, it should happen when your both ready.

Some people have a firm view of how a relationship should be conducted, yes a d*unken fantasy sounds a little more attractive to vanilla life than the reality of it in the cold light of day. This is a decision that really does need making when alcohol isn't a part of the equation.

Please don't be offended op, but there's to us at least, too many couples here that come across as the male half as controlling the women. We have heard so many tales about the issue and it really is about something that everyone wants to do.

We believe that you will be an OK person and do the right thing by your other half and listen to her. All you can do is tell her that you love her and hope that she will come round to the idea.

I'd probably start by telling her that you've been active in a swinging site for the last 5yrs or so without her knowledge....

I think the OP said she had a drink when they've chatted not that that he got her absolutely shit faced LOL. Be open is best advice I can give and yes a glass or 2 of wine does help with inhibitions, where's the harm in that.

All you can do is discuss it sober..its not good to pressure someone into doing something they dont want to. Everyone has thier own view on how relationships should be. Definitely dont try to introduce someone into whilst she is d*unk the morning after might not be a good one if you do.
